INTRODeuce Las Vegas provides fun-filled social experiences to educate and advance your hospitality career. We believe that experiencing a preferred vendor first-hand provides an unparalleled level of confidence in the workplace and we greatly value your partnership, recommendations & bookings.

INTRODeuce Las Vegas Hospitality Membership is exclusive & complimentary to Las Vegas Resort Concierge and VIP Service professionals. Once qualified, all professionals receive a member profile and member ID which is used for all lNTRODeuce Las Vegas Hospitality Events, Play Days & Rewards Programs. Ready to get started? Membership Qualifications

Members must have a minimum of 90-days hospitality industry experience overall.
Members must be an active resort Concierge or VIP Services professional.
Members must be in their current position at the property for a minimum of 30-days.
Members must have a current/valid hotel email address & hotel business card.
Members must be above reproach in character, kindness & professionalism.
Members must be of true hospitality culture which means tending to the balance of enjoying special events & comps while providing partnership referrals.
Members who provide referrals, also receive a valuable team/individual commission.

Membership Terms

If your answer is “no” to any of the below agreements, please do not move forward.

I have been in the hospitality industry overall for minimum 90-days.
I have been in my current position as a Concierge/VIP professional for minimum 30-days.
I agree to provide the required minimum of 72-hours for all comp reservation requests.
I agree to provide the required minimum 24-hour notice for cancellations/reschedules.
I agree to provide a written review for all comp venues within 7-days post-experience.

Membership Perks & Points

Members are provided with a member profile, member ID and professional points system.
Members must use their member ID for all Hospitality Events, Play Days & Rewards Programs.
Members receive Hospitality Events & Play Days invitations first!
Members receive Hospitality Rewards Program offers exclusively!
Members must be in good standing at all times in order to enjoy programs.
Membership points are added if/when requirements are not upheld.
Membership points are removed over time as members show consistent professionalism & uphold membership requirements.

0 points = good standing!
1 point = something went wrong (late cancellation, no show, late review, no review, etc.)
2 points = hotel management is notified & temporary halt for 30-days

Hospitality Events & Play Days

Hotel Professionals & Vegas Influencers can attend, as availability permits.

Outside vendors or non-partners of INTRODeuce Las Vegas are not permitted to attend.

Hospitality Rewards Program

Hospitality Rewards are exclusive to members only. Strictly non-transferable.
INTRODeuce Las Vegas Hospitality Reward offers are sent via email monthly.
INTRODeuce Las Vegas handles all reservations, confirmations, cancellations & reschedules on your behalf.
Members email [email protected] for all inquiries. Please do not contact vendors.
Members may enjoy up to 2 Hospitality Rewards per month.
Members must fill out an INTRO Comp Application per offer.
Members agree to provide the required minimum of 72-hours for all comp reservation requests.
Members agree to provide the required minimum 24-hour notice for cancellations/reschedules.
Members agree to provide a written review for all comp venues within 7-days post-experience.

Hospitality Rewards Program (Review Policy)

Members are required to write one short, gentle & honest review of the venues they experience.
INTRO Comp Applications & Confirmations include all review platform links for reference.
Review channels (TripAdvisor, Google, Yelp) are required. Social Media channels are encouraged.
Members are required to write reviews within 7-days post-experience.
Members are required to send a custom link or snapshot to [email protected] (platforms/usernames vary).
Members are required to discuss negative feedback/experiences (3-star or less) with INTRODeuce Las Vegas offline.
Members are not required to write a review if an incident occurred.

Please note that reward comps are a high dollar value! Partnered venues should be afforded the opportunity to make things right and/or provide additional experiences. INTRODeuce Las Vegas shares all member reviews and industry feedback with partnered venues.

Additional Information

INTRODeuce Las Vegas accepts reservations Monday-Thursday from 9am-6pm and Friday from 9am-12pm.
INTRODeuce Las Vegas is closed on holidays & weekends. New requests that arrive on Fridays are handled on Mondays.

INTRODeuce Las Vegas has the right to continue/cancel individual membership for any reason but especially, should requirements not be upheld or if partnered venues are mistreated.
