IMPORTANT* Please take a moment to read and agree to the terms and requirements of membership below. Once you’re a member, you will be required to uphold membership terms & conditions. 

Membership Terms
  • Spade1 Membership is exclusive (and free) for Las Vegas Resort Concierge or VIP Services professionals.
  • Spade1 Members must be of true hospitality culture which means tending to the balance of enjoying special offerings, while providing vendor referrals & reviews.
  • Spade1 Members must have a minimum of 90-days hospitality industry experience overall.
  • Spade1 Members must have a minimum of 30-days in their current position at the property.
  • Spade1 Members must have a valid hotel ID, hotel email address & hotel business card.
  • Spade1 Members must be above reproach in character, kindness & professionalism. Members who do not uphold requirements, will be removed from the program.

If your answer is “no” to any of the below agreements, please do not move forward.

  • Spade1 I have been in the hospitality industry overall for minimum 90-days.
  • Spade1 I have been in my current position as a Concierge/VIP professional for minimum 30-days.
  • Spade1 I agree to provide the required minimum of 72-hours for all comp reservation requests.
  • Spade1 I agree to provide the required minimum 24-hour notice for cancellations/reschedules.
  • Spade1 I agree to provide a written review for all comp venues within 7-days post-experience.

Please see the below review policy.*

  • Spade1 I understand that not upholding membership terms, conditions & requirements will result in membership profile points, temporary suspension and/or membership termination.
  • Spade1 All members are provided with a profile, ID and professional points system.
  • Spade1 All members must use their member ID to participate in Hospitality Events & Rewards Programs.
  • Spade1 All members must be in good standing at all times in order to enjoy programs.
  • Spade1 Membership points are added if/when requirements are not upheld.
  • Spade1 Membership points are removed over time as members show consistent professionalism & uphold membership requirements.

0 points = good standing!
1 point = something went wrong (late cancellation, no show, late review, no review, etc.)
2 points = hotel management is notified & temporary halt for 30-days

  • Spade1 INTRO Hospitality Events & Play Days invitations are sent via email to members.
  • Spade1 INTRO handles all reservations, confirmations & cancellations on your behalf.
  • Spade1 INTRO Hospitality Members are free to attend. Additional guest fees may vary.

Outside vendors or non-partners of INTRODeuce Las Vegas are not permitted to attend.

  • Spade1 Members must provide the required minimum 24-hour notice for cancellations.
  • Spade1 Members do not have to write a review when attending an event but, it is always appreciated.
  • Spade1 INTRO Las Vegas Hospitality Reward offers are sent via email monthly.
  • Spade1 Hospitality Rewards are exclusive to members only. Strictly non-transferable!
  • Spade1 INTRO handles all reservations, confirmations, cancellations & reschedules on your behalf.
  • Spade1 Members may enjoy up to 2 Hospitality Rewards per month.
  • Spade1 Members must fill out an INTRO Comp Application per offer & agree to the requirements.
  • Spade1 Members must provide the required minimum of 72-hours for all comp reservation requests.
  • Spade1 Members must provide the required minimum 24-hour notice for cancellations/reschedules.
  • Spade1 Members must provide a written review for all comp venues within 7-days post-experience.
  • Spade1 INTRO provides vendor review platform links for reference via email.
  • Spade1 Review channels (TripAdvisor, Google, Yelp) are required.
  • Spade1 Social Media channels (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube) are encouraged.
  • Spade1 Members must write (1) short, gentle & honest review of the venues they experience.
  • Spade1 Members must write reviews within 7-days post-experience.
  • Spade1 Members must send a snapshot to Rewards@IntroDeuceLasVegas.com (platforms/usernames vary).
  • Spade1 Members are not required to write a review if an incident occurred.
  • Spade1 Members must discuss negative feedback/experiences (3-star or less) with INTRO offline.

Please note that reward comps are a high dollar value! Partnered venues should be afforded the opportunity to make things right and/or provide additional experiences. INTRODeuce Las Vegas shares all member reviews and industry feedback with partnered venues.

  • Spade1 INTRO is open for reservations Monday-Thursday from 9am-6pm and Friday from 9am-12pm.
  • Spade1 INTRO is closed on Saturday, Sunday & holidays.
  • Spade1 INTRO emergency phone/text line is (702) 806-5799, available 24/7. Plug us in!
  • Spade1 INTRO has the right to continue/cancel individual membership for any reason but especially, should requirements not be upheld or if partnered venues are mistreated.
